About Dala the Doula
Full Spectrum Doula
As a full spectrum doula, I provide support throughout the entire reproductive journey, including pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. But I specialize in Postpartum Confinement & Overnight Newborn Care. I believe every newly postpartum mama deserves to be loved on mind, body, and soul especially during this transformative time. Cooking is my love language and I bring that component into every home I am welcomed into.

I'm your "birth bestie" in your pocket! I support you through your pregnancy, labor and delivery and immediate postpartum. I help prepare you for labor and delivery through education and understanding physiological birth.
Postpartum Support & Confinement Care
I specialize in Postpartum Overnight support and Confinement Care. I take on newborn duty while you rest and recover, while guiding you through the ups and downs of this delicate period so you can have a smoothe transition becoming the parent you were meant to be!
Postpartum Meal Prep Services
With my postpartum meal prep services, I take away the stress of what to eat during this chaotic survival phase whether its just for mom or for mom and family. I show up and prepare nourishing home cooked meals to your liking right in the comfort of your own home!
